Welcome to my kitchen.

I grew up in the seaside town of Sichon in southern Thailand, where cooking shaped everyday life. My parents and grandparents taught me the foundations of Thai cuisine — pounding fresh curry pastes at dawn and learning the delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty and spicy.

Whenever I return home, I still have to pinch myself. As a child, I didn’t realize I was growing up inside a living cookbook — a world of ingredients, traditions and recipes passed down through generations. Now I want to share that world with you.

Today, as a professionally trained chef, my mission is to preserve and teach the traditional techniques, ingredients and culinary heritage of Thai cooking.
