Do you have a restaurant?

Not in the traditional sense.

Instead, Amy hosts Tamada, a private chef’s table just outside Torekov in southern Sweden. A single 7-course menu. A handful of dates each year. Just 20 seats.

Reservations are not released publicly, and each sitting is created once and never repeated.

Yes. Amy was born and raised in Sichon in southern Thailand and learned to cook from her family before becoming a professionally trained chef.
