About the classes
We are soon launching a series of Thai cooking classes focused on traditional techniques, ingredients, and the balance of flavors.
Each session is designed not only to teach recipes, but to help you understand how Thai food is meant to taste — through hands-on cooking, repetition, and practice.
Classes will be offered in a limited number of formats, from small group sessions to private events and corporate experiences, and will be available in both Swedish and English.

Where to Find Us
Our studio is based in Spritan, a converted factory just outside Helsingborg in southern Sweden, where we host our cooking classes and events.
Free parking is available, and Ödåkra station is just a short walk away.
Part of the year we are also in Sichon, Thailand — where our roots and inspiration remain.
