Thai Sweet & Sour Pork Recipe (serve 4)
400g (0.9 lbs) Pork Tenderloin (alternatively Beef or Chicken as per preference)
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Cucumber (Sliced 1cm thick)
1 Yellow onion
1 Garlic
3 Spring onions
1 Tomato
1 Red spur Chili
4 tbsp Tamarind Puree
1-1 1/2 tbsp Palm sugar
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Cooking oil
